Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

l  Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

l  Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not mee these criteria.

 

2. Return Process

To begin the return process, email us at sun313start@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instruction and a shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defective product)

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approve refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping and delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchange

Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective upon arrival. If you need to request an exchange, contact us at sun313start@gmail.com with photos and details.
