Shipping policy

At Sunstar Supply Company, we are committed to getting your orders to you quickly and securely. Below is an overview of our shipping options and policies.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We also offer local delivery throughout the Bay Area using our own fleet.

 

2. Procession Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.

 

3. Delivery Options

Shipping time vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

l  Carrier Shipping (UPS)

Orders shipping via carrier typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Carrier delays are beyond our control.

l  Local Delivery (Bay Area Only)

We offer local delivery via our own trucks throughout the Bay Area, with delivery times of 1-3 business days after order processing. Local delivery availability is determined at checkout based on zip code.

 

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, location, and delivery method.

 

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sunstar Supply Company is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. IF your order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

 

6. Responsibility for Lost Orders

Sunstar Supply Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages cone they have been marked as delivered by the carrier or our local delivery team. We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen orders.
